About CINDERFORD ST JOHNS CRICKET CLUB

 Founded in 1880 by choir boys and pit boys from St John’s Church, Cinderford St Johns is a cornerstone of Forest of Dean sport. After surviving the early 20th century—and absorbing over 15 other local teams—we stand today as the town's primary, long-standing cricket club. 

 We currently field two competitive senior Saturday XIs and a mid-week team in the local Hundred competition. Our thriving youth section supports the next generation of cricketers across Under 11s, 13s, and 15s. 

We also offer cricket for kids through Cricket All Stars and Dynamos

 More than just cricket: we are a hub for Cinderford. We host a local nursery, a running group, and our own men's skittles team competing every Friday.
